We offer a low cost, professional service to owners wanting to sell a farm, smallholding, equestrian or country property, woodland or rural buildings.

Our services are flexible but are particularly suited to anyone willing to carryout some of the work themselves in return for a much reduced sales commission.

We making extensive use of the internet to advertise your property as well as using targeted advertising in the press.

Our costs are kept low by not maintaining high street sales offices or employing people to be on standby to carry out valuations. By keeping costs down we are able to offer low sales commissions though we do not compromise on the quality and professionalism of the service we offer.

We recognise that there is often significant demand for rural property from within the UK and overseas. We therefore concentrate on presenting your property to the widest audience with a view to obtaining the highest price and best placed buyers. In recognition of the fact that most people now want to conduct discussions regarding property sales out of working hours we are contactable until 10.00pm 7 days a week.

Selling process

• Contact us to discuss your property and to confirm the costs.
• Obtain sufficient valuations to enable you to form a view regarding the market value of the property. We can arrange for valuations to be carried out at a small additional cost.
• Review and sign our sales agreement.
• We will either visit the property to take photographs and to obtain information for the particulars or these can be sent to us.
• We will prepare the particulars.
• We will commence marketing, deal with enquiries and arrange viewings with you.
• You will need to conduct viewings. We can provide guidance to ensure that you are confident to do this.
• We will pass on any offers to you and discuss the suitability of the potential buyer.
• We will then handle negotiations to the point at which a sale is concluded.
