Lettings

Operating as Farm and Country Lettings we offer a menu of lettings services to suit the needs of most landlords.

We can search for tenants, provide advice regarding likely rental income, help determine a marketing strategy, produce letting particulars

or provide a full property management  service.

We operate throughout the UK and Ireland though some services may be restricted in some areas.

Unless we are carrying out a full management service we do not charge ongoing fees, you pay only for the services you want. 

Typically these services can involve any of the following:

• assistance with valuations, 
• advertising on the internet and in key magazines, 
• filtering enquiries and passing on information to the landlord, 
• conducting negotiations
• providing assistance with leases
• carrying out tenant referencing
• undertaking incoming and outgoing inventories
• full management services
• provision of assistance to help resolve any tenant issues

We will provide you with a price for any of the above.

During 2007 we have been receiving an enormous response to our property advertising, particularly in respect of equestrian property (with up to 70 enquiries for some properties).
